So when my daughter is making me want to pull my hair out, I have started counting to 8 in that moment. It’s been a win for us both so far, she thinks I’m playing a game and it takes her mind off whatever she’s throwing a tantrum over, and I get to breathe while counting to keep from exploding. 😅🥵

I hope it works for you if you do try it. I even say hooray when done counting sometimes if she’s really into it lol. She ends up clapping and she’s onto something else 😅🤷🏽♀️
