When you have a planned c-section and you can’t drink or eat after a certain time, should you still be able to take your prenatal vitamins on the day off or no? I have a c-section schedule for tomorrow but I was told I can’t drink or eat after 6 am however I may be able to have a small amount of water or a few ice cubes but not a lot.

I had to be at the hospital at 5am to have her at 7:30 am
I had mine on the 15 at 7am an I was told to drink nothing or take nothing or eat nothing
Mine is scheduled at 4 pm but I have to be there at 2. I guess i won’t be taking my vitamins then
