I also soak the tenders in milk with a lil salt for an hour before breading them and then bake. The milk helps make them moist and not stringy texture that gets stuck in between your teeth. Just juicy.

@icebergahead, I don’t have a food processor but I think my mil does so we might just have to try this it looks absolutely amazing

@madmummy, I have done it before by mashing bread in ziplock bag or using blender as well. Also, if it is brick, hard you can manually shred bread to pieces as well.

The bread I used for my soup I posted on Friday lol. And use herbs to season them, bake and yummmm.
