Does Anyone give their nearly 2 yo vitamins? My LO is always ill
He goes to nursery and me and OH work in schools so we always have colds etc. But LO is constant. I mentioned it when he was 1 to GP and he said they dont need vitamins:/ he eats fruit and veg every day

My little one has a diet very rich in fruit and veg, and I'm still breastfeeding so he gets the antibodies from there as well. But he still has multi vitamins daily. It was advised to us by put family GP, despite the fact he rarely gets ill 🙂

Thanks I think he will need vitamins but honestly my GP laughed and said "why would you think babies need vitamins, of course not" and made me feel stupid. He was breast fed but personally youd never tell by the state of his immune system and hes been in nursery since 6 months and just has no immunity to anything! I know hes still young but it really is all the time. x

we buy them from the shop. We get wellbaby, but I'm sure you could get a cheaper alternative somewhere:) x

I give Hamish vitamins daily just in case I think. His diet is good he eats lots of veg and fruit but it’s a top up if nothing else. Ailsa gets different as she was premature
