I need tips on how to get my almost one year old daughter to sleep in her bed and not mine anymore.

Our son slept with us for 1 year. We stopped rocking him and stick to a strict bedtime. He gets a bath, bottle and changed and snuggles until 9. He goes into his bed wide awake and puts himself to sleep. He doesn't even cry anymore. It took 2 weeks of him crying it out but it was worth it. We checked on him every few minutes but don't pick them up. Just explain it is bedtime and we sleep. It was hard to do but we teach them how to sleep. Of you stick to a schedule, be consistent and encourage them it should work. Good luck!
