Started my 1st period in almost 4 years. Ps: I was pregnant back to back then got the mirena and was period free for 2 years. I spotted last month but I guess I wouldnt consider it a period. Well I started 3 days ago, and well my period usually only lasted 3 days..I'm on day 3 and it's been heavy, I'm cramping, I'm irritable.. might be TMI but I feel it come out, which is normal but not this much.. how was your 1st period after mirena? Was it heavy? HELP LADIES..

So I keep feeling these lil sharp pains on my right side. You do get pains like that before you start your period right.? Remember I had that dark brown spotting for a few hours last month on the 22. My period suppose to start today.
Lmp was July 3rd and came very early. I'm normally a 28-29day cycler but this last cycle was only 20 days. And boy was my period very heavy.. OMG I bled through everything...
So my last period was the 29th of last month n the last 2 days I'm having bad cramps but no blood or nothing . I get dizzy n light headed . My next period is the 24th idk what's wrong plus I'm nauseous n tired
