If you’re renovating your home, which room do you renovate first(your top 3 rooms)?

Kitchen bathroom and livingroom but all my rooms could use it lol

Kitchen, living room, & bathroom.

But that’s ROOMS. We would start with if it needs a new roof, if the foundation needed fixed, if a French drain was needed etc. But once inside, those are my three rooms.

Depends on your needs. For hubby and I we are starting with needed repairs (roof, basement, plumbing, heat, drywall, and flooring). If for value kitchen, and bathrooms.
