I’ve been researching and considering a Montessori education for Zay. There’s a public charter ran by our district that’s a very short drive away that’s really inspiring. They finally posted the tour dates to begin the lottery process at both locations near the house and we are all signed up! So excited to see if it’s a good fit for our boy!

I hadn’t heard of them until I moved here and found out there’s 7 of them in my area!! I love the whole child approach vs let’s train these kids to pass standardized tests. When I saw they have classroom gardens, and learning a foreign language starts in kindergarten with Rosetta Stone I was sold! Plus, I know a few Montessori kids who are mild to moderate autism like my son who thrived! They learned fantastic regulation and meditation skills and being in multi level classrooms give him kids to model from. I sooo hope this is a good fit!
I love Montessori i wish we could afford it for our son.
I wish there were more public charters for Montessori education!
