Never been this sick with the boys. Day two not holding anything down. Even with nausea meds and my seabands. Came home from work, popsicles orange Juice and nap time 😭😭😭

I was sick so bad with all the pregnancies. Eat small bland meals, get some sour candies kinda like jolly ranchers to suck on, mints also help, ginger ale is okay I seemed to throw it up to so I did better with ice cold sprite.
I have been sucking on jolly ranches and I’ve been doing mint as well. Not helping . Haven’t tried the ginger ale yet
