Have you tried preggie pops? They’re sour and sour candies were helpful sometimes for me! I’m sorry it’s so rough. It was so bad this time with me, too.

I was sick so bad with all the pregnancies. Eat small bland meals, get some sour candies kinda like jolly ranchers to suck on, mints also help, ginger ale is okay I seemed to throw it up to so I did better with ice cold sprite.

I have been sucking on jolly ranches and I’ve been doing mint as well. Not helping . Haven’t tried the ginger ale yet
