So after 2 weeks and a half my palette finally came in of Jeffree x Shane, I already reached out to beauty bay about it. I’m just so mad because I spent money on this and just for this to mess up!!! 😡

I just saw this on YouTube... apparently you're not the only one who received a broken palette from beauty bay...
People are pissed because beauty bay is offering some say 40% others say 50% refund if they keep the palette.. but the customer has to pay for return shipping if they want a 100% refund...

@momma_of_1 was thinking about buying the conspiracy palette for myself for xmas, but when I had trouble accessing 2 different websites to buy it on launch day, I decided I would just wait for a later time, since I had just purchased the tati palette the week prior... but in all honesty I'm an old ass basic bitch and I would have only used the top row of the conspiracy palette..
It makes me sad yours is broken it's such a beautiful palette and I'm bummed that you can't enjoy it
@watz, well I think I can enjoy it. All what I have to do is just clean the 2 ones that broke. And plus I don’t think I’m going to “use them” all either. I’m more into the nudes color.
