Mil said shes helping my brother-in-laws get them their own place in February. There goes half our ret- but they drive me crazy so it's mostly a win once we figure out rent.
DH and I are thinking about listing a room out as AirB&B hosts vs just finding a roommate. It sounds like a fun way to make rent and meet interesting people. plus if a regular roommate doesn't clean up after themselves I would feel much better cleaning up after someone who's not a permanent stay 😅
And I'd get to share my cooking ventures with people that would actually appreciate it :)

Make sure you put money aside if you do plan to do that because you have to pay taxes on it at the end of the year.
My best friend does an air b&b out of her home, she works so much shes never there. She says she makes as much as she would with a roommate but she cant spend the money until after tax season.
