Yeah my water broke didn’t know bc I wasn’t leaking.. my son blocked it.. and I didn’t feel any contractions till 4-5 days later and I was at the hospital on pitocin ugh
@twinpower_94, they scheduled a c-section for that morning like 4-5am but 20 mins before she was gonna turn off the pitocin my son decided he was coming! 11:41 pm. Everything changed so fast, and I’m thankful my doctor did wait abit instead of just giving me a c-section like was discussed on the first day.
Yes happened to me when I was 40 weeks and 6 days water broke night before didn't know honestly and when I went to the hospital next day they said I was having contractions a minute apart but I didn't know that cause I was only having pushing pains which were normal to me and I was 5cm dilated at the time .
Yes. That happened with my daughter... When your water breaks before you go into labor it’s called premature rupture of membranes. How far along are you? If your water broke I’d call your doctor. And it might be obvious, but don’t have sex or take a bath after your water has broken.
I am 39 weeks & 3 days today. I had brown discharge (pasty texture) on Saturday. It comes and go. Haven’t felt any contractions at all Sunday and today. I can’t tell when if I’m leaking or not.

@twinpower_94, When your water breaks it should be clear fluid, and it can break in a big gush or it can leak slowly.

Having an intense debate on Facebook about school fees for public school. I'm in the "stop whining about school fees and stop having kids if you can't afford them" camp and there is the other camp of "free school is a constitutional right! It's bull s*** we have to pay anything at all".

Yes. With my first, my water broke, I had a gush like I peed myself. I didn’t have contractions for 3 or so hours later. With my second, they broke my water for me at the hospital, and the contractions started about an hour later. In both cases, I felt absolutely nothing beforehand. But according to the machines I was hooked up to before I had my second, I was having contractions every 7-5 minutes and I wasn’t feeling them.
