✨✨I need some advise✨✨

as my brain is doing over time so I posted the other about having my internal scan and there was nothing there I went back on Friday expecting to see a baby at 7 weeks with a heart beat but the baby wasn’t the size it should be at 7 weeks and didn’t have a heart beat so the doctors think the baby stopped growing but it grew double it’s size in two weeks just not what it should be at 7 weeks anyways after my first scan I freaked out and took a test saying 2-3 weeks on it I took another one today and it said 3 weeks plus does that mean they’ve just got my dates wrong?? I’m just not sure what to think
