My friend asked me to post this so she’s having a miscarriage she’s Already mentally prepared herself for it because the baby has been the same size 5weeks 4 days for almost 3 weeks now it has a heart beat tho n e way she’s having some light bleeding now no pain tho so is this the beginning of her miscarriage?

unfortunately it sounds like she is especially if the heart rate is only 40 and there hasn’t been any growth in 3 weeks and she is starting to bleed. I am sorry for her loss.

It could be. That’s how mine started. I was like that for 24 hours, and the next day I had bleeding worse than my period.

How does she know she’s having a miscarriage? Does she have severe bleeding /cramping ? I have a close friend who had an Etopic pregnancy and had to have emergency surgery she was 8wks and the baby was stuck in 1 Fallopian tube

Vaginal ultrasound s can pick up in such an early stage but,other ultrasound sounds can pick up the heartbeat after 6-7 wks
