Would you rather live in your ideal area and have high cost of living or just outside and be able to get nearly double the house for about the same cost? We love where we live now and the cost of living is high, but the neighborhoods and schools are excellent. It’s hard seeing people pay less and have 2 more bedrooms and cheaper utilities than us 😅

You really can’t beat a nice neighborhood & good schools. I’d choose that over the additional space, i think.

We moved from ok to Florida and it’s ok but. U don’t get any backyard or anything really and we pay 1700 our old house a huge backyard and we payed 950 I miss it

A good neighborhood isn’t always an easy find. School district is important to me. I’d personally go with that
