Pretty sure. I had a cold I got about 3 days ago & as of yesterday I started getting a dry cough with it & was coughing all day so I think it irritated my throat & chest & that’s causing it to hurt more today. I’ll definitely keep an eye on it Incase but I believe it’s just all part of my cold. I usually get this exact thing every year unfortunately lol.
