Sometimes you know your body better than everyone else. Not every woman will produce high levels of hcg throughout pregnancy some it can take weeks some it can take months don’t trust a blood test don’t trust a urine test trust your heart and when you know it’s times it’s time this doctor was not a gynecologist so he did not give me a quantitative blood test to actually see what my hcg level is at I hope this helps some of you ladies who just feel like giving up and stop testing because of what everyone else thinks or what a doctor tells you trust your body you know your body better than a blood test and a pee test and god will lead you to the right path

My doctor didn’t seem too worried but I know I was negative with my first so was just curious he didn’t really explain it to me all that well and google isn’t my friend so I figured I ask some moms lol

I had it before. Delivered my son without any antibiotics for it. But it CAN be harmful to newborns. It isn't common that a baby will catch it, but it could potentially cause serious harm to a newborn if mom isn't on an antibiotic drip while laboring..

Group b beta strep is what it’s called it’s a infection of the anus and it’s deadly to newborns
