if I over eat, itll do it too, almost feels like an overload of gas in your chest, like you cant burp it out enough (sorry if that's gross just trying to see if I relate) if you mean down, as in when I swallow, I sometimes feel it having a hard time digesting, in which I stop. It's like everything slows down, i didnt know know potassium could do this? I do however have an irregular heartbeat, due to sensitivity to sugar. But it only happens with food.

Yes and I’m afraid to tell you . You should probably get that checked out iv been on betablockers for 8 years due to it. Mine got worse and worse

@imback no they said they can give me some pills that will slow my heart rate to 20-30 (scary) but other than that they said its nothing major

betablockers are not scary at all iv took them 7 years they want lower it any more than what normal should be
