We haven’t had any issues and had it a while now. I’m just confused 🤷🏻‍♀️ why it’s so dangerous? Did you know she called the cops 👮‍♀️ on a boyfriend who was beating on her and he went to jail? It does have benefits also.

@autism.mamasaurus She also listened to personal conversations and sent it to a customers entire address book. Its dangerous because we are putting our lives and security in the hands of robots. You never know when they are listening and what they'll do with that information.

How did it recognize violence and know to call the police? Why was it listening? Who authorized it to listen in and then act?

She told her to call the cops! And it well. My son told her to call my hubby and it did came up as restricted number. Ours does not listen unless we say something close to it the name and within few secs it stops cuz a light will show up. I honestly think y’all are being to paranoid. My man has all the info of what it records and it only records few secs if we are. Or asking it to do anything.

@autism.mamasaurus I dont think its paranoia. With the Patriot act the government basically gave themselves the right to listen or read through or intercept any and everything in our personal lives. People are blind and we're going to pay for it.

Pretty much. Phones have the same feature nobody acting like this with their phones 📱. So, idk why they making big deal about Alexa. She don’t record 24/7 like the google home one. So, 🤷🏻‍♀️

@autism.mamasaurus The phones are an issue too. I was listening to the radio and the guy was talking about he was talking about a restaurant with his friend and his phone started popping up with coupons for the restaurant. The phones listen too.
