I have a glass of wine with dinner every night 😐 I nurse before I eat and then it’s usually like an hour or so before she wants to nurse again.

@bubbys.mommy, ive always had an average supply, i ebf my son for 14m and drank wine all the time, occasionally those tall boy beers. I’ve never seen a difference then and don’t see one now! but it’s different in every mamas case.

I have done it I would have a beer once in a while or a glass of wine it didn't hurt anyone
