@prettymommykay, I try to increase my water intake just for many different reasons but the ones I take don’t say it needs taken with water. I get these gummies I take daily. I can’t handle swallowing pills so the gummies make it easy lol.

I lost a TON of hair after my last baby. & it was extremely thin & dry. I started taking biotin vitamins & it’s helped tremendously! Sometimes a little hair cut can help too.
