Do you have an IUD .. cause mine have not been regular since I got mine in I had a 1 day period that scared the he’ll out of me cause I thought it could have been implantation bleeding

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
