This spray was amazing. I wish I had it with my first. I was terrified to put the tucks pads down there and something about a spray being so hands off helped. Not to mention it smells delightful and cooled immediately.

I second the adult diapers and perri bottle.

Perineal ice packs, tucks, the pain spray that I can’t remember the name of lol, depends

My best friend was the water bottle they gave me to use when I’d pee. It was my life saver lol.
