So I’m in the emergency room. I have been since 530..I had breastmilk pumped in my pump bottle and in her bottle but not enough. My dad had To buy her formula and now I’m freaking out. I asked him to give her the breastmilk first but what’s going to happen? The moment I gave my son formula he wanted nothing to do with me anymore and my milk wasn’t enough. I need my mind eased or reassurance that this isn’t going to end breastfeeding 😔😔

Oh! Maybe I will! I actually came home to find out she had NO formula. It was bought and is being kept for emergencies. I came home in time to feed her and pump the other side 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

It’s unlikely she will prefer the formula. It’s gross compared to breastmilk. You don’t have any milk in the freezer for backup?

No. I can store some here and there but I don’t make enough to have a lot. Either that or I just don’t know how to do it right.

@bubbys.mommy, in the early months I had a ton of milk so I’d pump an ounce here, an ounce there and combine them into bags. By time I went back to work at 4 months I already had about 80 oz stored.
