My son had cradle cap bad when he was younger. His pediatrician recommended to use Head and Shoulders shampoo, it helped a ton! Another option is put an oil in her hair (coconut or baby oil) and comb the flakes away like the previous poster mentioned!
yeah it comes right of with the small comb... make sure you put a lot of baby oil n let it sit for aleast 5 mins then gently comb up wards you’ll see all the flakes coming of n repeat as needed.. I never used lotion to me it will make it thick n won’t make it as soft as baby oil will.
