So I dont know how start this but I'm currently going through a battle with my child's father. He left us said he wasnt happy anymore and didnt love me. So we tried to be civil but he dodnt want to see her talk to her or even support her in anyway possible. Now there is another girl in his life an he wants everything to do with his daughter. I dont want him in her life because I want him to know that he cant come in and out. He wants to take her from me because some girl is putting things in his head. I'm so scared that he is gonna come an take her that I have my bedroom door locked..I dont go to see my attorney until tomorrow..I need advice cause I'm not sure what to do anymore 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

It will be ok till tomorrow. He can't just come into your home in the middle of the night and take her. That's kidnapping. Are you 2 married? Is he on her birth certificate? The courts aren't going to take her away from you. It's very difficult to take a child away from their mother. Most likely he will get every other weekend or 50/50. You should go file for at least primary asap.

He has a home an everything he needs but he cant hold a job for more then a few months. We are not married but his name is on the birth certificate. He hasnt been around or talked to her since the day he left. He just now wants to see her and talk to her but I honestly think that it's the female hes with that is making him do all of this because before she came into the picture he was willing to sign the papers for parental rights.
