Doctor said we could start trying to feed my baby rice cereal at 4 months... so got oatmeal and she would just cry and spit it out which I read a lot on it and I guess she’s not ready so when should I try again? She is almost 5 months now
The doctor told me to start introducing it to her by teaspoons once a week or so but I quit after we tried the second time she will be 5 months next week should I introduce it again or just wait till 6 months
I'd skip it all together and starts pureed foods at the recommend age of 6 months. Which is the recommendation for introducing anything other than formula or breast milk
@amberwetzel21 like baby food. Just take veggies/fruits add a bit of water or breast milk in a blender.
OT. rant! forward facing early
ok, so in my birth month forum (October 2012) someone posted a picture of their lo riding in the car in a forward facing seat! what???? it baffles me when parents do this. I'm not trying to offend anyone.. but why do ppl do this?? the oldest baby in our birth month is 9 months, she was 3 months premature. but even at 9 months I wouldn't have my child forward facing.
Starting TWW. Anyone else?
I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
on the 6th October I did 2 test with 2 lines , 3rd test was clear blue digital and was positive 2-3 weeks I was waiting for a month for a midwife appointment.. so yesterday I started bleeding went today for a scan and they go to me no sac .. but can see a cyst or a sac outside the womb so therefore she did another test there and it was negative .. she said if it was positive it would have been ectopic pregnancy but because it was negative she said it's miscarriage.
Has anyone else been through...
Wait until 6m and see if she's interested yet. We skipped baby food with our second and he is the least picky kid ever (we let him choose since he hated baby food.)
