They didnt work for my panic attacks. Only diazepam but then you cant get off that. I wish id stuck to the old method of breathing and putting head between knees
@kathleenc @colls2018 iv just started them for panic attacks hopduly they work only took me about 10 times at the doctors for them to give me somthing.. counselling to so hopfully this works x
I took them at the beginning of this year. They’re also supposed to prevent migraines...didn’t work for me but they did help my anxiety while I was on them. xx
My partners just started taking them. He says they get rid of his anxiety for when hes in crowded places etc They work well for him. He only takes them as and when he feels he needs them. x

I took them along with other stuff for migraines. They’re not one time use but I started to get results after a few weeks with them.
