I’ve gotten migraines with auras since I was a teenager. They suck.
Do you still get them?

@bbgirlmama, yes, not not often. I had one a month ago. I tend to see the flashing floating colors, then sometimes I start losing feeling in my face, or hands, or both. It’s not fun. Sometimes they’re stress related, or I get triggered from flashing lights or extreme and sudden weather changes.
@kimberly_preemie-mom, mine seem to occur with weather changes too. Sometimes.
I get them all the time. My neurologist had to put me on amitriptylin!! Life. Saver.
Have you had one since starting the meds?
@bbgirlmama once and that's a HUGE difference considering it was 3 times a week at least before! Hope you feel better girl ❤❤

I've been on this same medication since I was 18, it helped so much!
I get them from bright lights
I did before it was soo bad my heart was pounding it felt like it was gunna pop out my chest, my nose started gushing blood everywhere for a good 30 minutes and everything was spinning this was on my bday too I think I had turned like 12 or something
First time I ever had one I was in 4th grade and I thought I was going blind. I’ll always warn my kids of it so they don’t freak out not knowing what it is. God forbid that happen though to them

I did really bad before i found out i was pregnant with my second. Sometimes it was flashy, sometimes it was dark spots, and then the second it went away a bad migraine would set in. My doctor told me theyre classified as ocular migraines. Mine was caused by hormone overload as i was taking birth control not knowing i was pregnant at the time

Iv been going blind in my left eye and it does that 😑 I have a left eye migraine everyday now and my eye with go blurry and flashy
