Why do I have a bad feeling about this pregnancy
I’m fracking out
So since I have my doctor appointment till the 20th
I found an ultrasound place that starts doing them at 5 weeks
Well according to my app I’m 5 weeks today
So I went today and got one
The girl starts doing the ultrasound and started to look concerned
She said I believe your earlier than you think
I can’t really see anything
You can come back in 2 weeks and hopefully we can see a baby
Right about now I’m scared and concerned
I really don’t want to go through another miscarriage

If you ovulated later than usual it could make your dates off. I wouldn’t freak just yet. Maybe ask your doctor to do blood work and make sure it’s doubling.

I understand your anxiety, I’ve had 2 miscarriages but 5 weeks is really early to see anything. My local EPAC place recommend waiting until after 8 weeks and won’t see you before then and the place that does private scans won’t see you until after 6 weeks and even then won’t guarantee you’ll see a heartbeat. You’re really early, try not to worry, it won’t benefit anything.

Why would they do it at 5 weeks? There’s nothing to see. Even doctors won’t do it that early. Wait til 7 weeks and try again.

@queenbitch, you will. No one sees anything at 5 weeks, it’s just way too early. Ask her to show you a 5 week ultrasound, or google it, there’s really nothing there yet. Everything will be fine!
