As anyone felt like this before: I woke up feeling good and now I feel very anxious, it’s hard to catch my breath, and I have a sharp pain in my lower back with cramping. I can feel my baby moving a bit but I don’t know how to calm down and just relax. I’ve left a message with my doctors. But still feel very uneasy

I had that last night it was the worst I couldn’t even sleep I jus walk it off b jus keep my mind of it till it went away

Try to take deep breaths in and out. Maybe a nice bath, some music. Find a show you enjoy to distract you. Fresh air, something cold to drink.
