Where i live they control the heat it’s 29 degrees out and they won’t turn the heat on!!!! I can run heaters but they take damn near all day to heat my place up grrrrr n there’s no such thing as emergency maintenance
Let’s retry this again... Moms does this look like heat rash? I noticed it last night when i was putting him to bed, he hasn’t had anything new to eat or drink so I’m confused as what it could be... i just don’t want to take him to the dr and them just say it’s heat rash but also want to know that it’s nothing more.. and we haven’t switched diapers either..

I would call the board of health and report them for that personally. You have a baby. You can't go without heat.

That’s wayyyyyyyyyyyyy to cold. I know here they legally have to keep rental units at a certain temperature, def look into it there has to be some sort of regulation where you are.
