What is a good milk to give to your kids ? My daughter just turned 1 ☺

I just use regular whole milk

I give my daughter almond milk

We use almond milk due to my youngest having tummy issues with cows milk. If the store is out of almond milk my next choice is soy.

We used ripple it’s a plant based milk because our little had issues with cows milk at first
