Am trying to put my dates in for maternity. I worked nights with my 1st so I left about 2 months before to get myself swung round in Hope's of buns not being in night shift(didnt work).

Working days this time round, baby is due 22nd December got alot to get sorted out for babys arrival and christmas. Was thinking about going on maternity 16th Nov. Worried it's a little early... any advice/thoughts xxx
