Like this dude gave us a 30day notice, only in retaliation over him being mad he had to replace a old 1980s ac unit and had to plumbing calls from us in one week, which was not our fualt their are 4 units running on one piping and it backed up in my kitchen sinks, the floors was flooded with sewer water two different days leaving my dining room carpet soaked. So we argued it wasnt us so he gave us a 3day notice to pay rent (few days late) thinking we wasnt going to have it bc we got paid 2 days later which he knew as well and agreed to. But when he snapped off about the plumbing blaming us just bc we have kids and the plumber said it was nothing not any one unit did but its things that just happen. So we gave him the rent the next day... fast forward to almost 3 wks later DINING ROOM STILL SOAKED WITH SEWER WATER he never sent out the carpart cleaners like he said he would bc its gross and unsafe for the kids and us. He sends us a 30 notices to vacate the property! 😳5 yrs living here never LATE and never giving him problems!

Agree. It differs between states and you should be able to look up current laws. I just finished up my real estate schooling...what’s up?
