I don't believe you legally have to tell them, but if the position you're being interviewed for requires you to consistently lift heavy stuff, like it's a warehouse or stock or something, you should probably tell them because I wouldn't want to lie during the interview when they ask "can you lift 40lbs+" or whatever it is. Some states let employers fire you within the first 60-90 days for no reason, and if they find out after hiring that you can't do the job they won't be happy.

like, cashier or stock person? Most grocery stores I shop at make accomodations for employees, like if they can't stand for long times they get a stool. But I suppose it's also good to know their stance on maternity leave, like if you'll have a job when you come back or not.
