I have had a weekend job for two years now. With that plus my fiancee job money's not the issue. I was just working there to bring in extra. I called my manager and let him know what was going on and he said this isint the first time it's happened and he's pissed. Apparently I replaced a girl that quit for the same reason. He said I can come back if I want but he doesn't blame me for leaving. He's gunna have a talk with the ones he knows were involved. It's just not worth my time anymore. I planned on putting in my two weeks after my interview tomorrow but then I heard about them all talking shit and told my fiancee and he thinks i should just leave since I have a backup plan that's gunna be better than this was anyway. And if by chance that were to not work out the gas station near me is in desperate need of people so I could apply there as well.

But I have an interview and they basically told me they would like to hire me they just want to meet me first. I'm going in there tomorrow evening. If everything goes as planned I'll start monday.

I mean it was just extra money anyway. I have another job I've been working for 2 years. I'm not gunna stay at a place where I'm unwanted and feel uncomfortable for a couple extra dollars.

I mean it's not even worth the money I'm making. 4 bucks an hour plus whatever they tip me out and it hasn't even been enough to give me minimum wage. They can't pay me less than minum so they bump my hourly pay to minimum wage but 4 hours a day at minimum wage isint much. But I'm not willing to be somewhere where I feel uncomfortable when I don't have to be. My fiance makes enough money to support us. Mine was just extra. And if ibget this other job (and I highly doubt I wont) I'll be making double and hour what I was making here plus I'll have a full 8 hours instead of 4.

It's a restaurant. My cousins husband is the manager and I had talked to him about it previously but I hadent filled the application out. His hiring manager and I spoke yesterday and since I have experience he said he wouldn't have a problem hiring me as long as everything goes good tomorrow.

I mean losing a minimum wage job isint a big deal. My fiance just got his annual raise and it'll cover what I was making plus some. I have an interview tomorrow and my cousins husbands restaurant. The hiring manager said he wanted to do a quick 5 min interview and start paperwork. I've worked there before just in a different city so I already know their system and everything. I don't see me not getting this job. And I'm not gunna be somewhere where I feel uncomfortable for practically nothing.

I have another job already that I work weekends at. I've been there for 2 years so it's not like I don't have any money coming in. I'd work the job I'm interviewing for during the week. I just don't want to deal with it. It felt like high school all over again and I don't have time for it. If i needed the money I would have stayed untill i started the other job.

That was my thought too at first but after talking with my fiance he thinks i should just quit. He makes pretty good money and just got a raise so we wouldn't be hurting cuz of it. My money was just a little extra. They paid me practically nothing so it's not like I would be missing much.

I'm meeting the manager at a different place tomorrow. He basically hired me over the phone. He said he wanted to do a quick 5 min interview and paperwork so I could start by monday. The job I'm quitting pays me next to nothing so it's not like I'll be hurting if I quit. I'm just upset by the whole thing. And Idk why they feel the way they do about me.
