I wish they’d make a sleeping pill safe for pregnancy. I’m so tired but this sleep insomnia is going to kill me 😭
On that note, have you ever heard of the thalidomide disaster? It’s so sad
@flamingomom, I actually just looked it up, and it broke my heart, and of coarse I already took the Tylenol pm. It said to take two for a dose but I only took one. And I guess it’ll be my last one until my son is born 😞
@momzillaof4, well that birth defect was due to that medication thalidomide. I wasn’t trying to scare you, your post just reminded me of that

I used unisom when needed it's allowed when pregnant. It helped a great deal.
There are a few different ones that are safe during pregnancy

Talk to your OB ab melatonin. Mine said it was safe to take like 3mg but it didn’t help me. Did the opposite
