What's It To You?

You do realize these "triggered" transgender individuals are also "natural born females" 🙄🙄🙄

A damn symbol on ONE brand of feminine hygiene product isn't the end of the world.

Also nobody is pushing their beliefs on anyone 🙄

Women bitched about wanting equality yet when a company tries to include their transgender consumers it's an issue?

Tell trans that “a damn symbol on ONE brand of feminine hygiene product isn’t the end of the world” 🙄

@erik_uhh you seem to be the one that's upset over it, why don't you?

The removal of the symbol is to view those as equal. Are they not allowed to be seen as equal just because they're trans and identify as males?

beetlejuice_beetlejuice_beetlejuice

What's It To You?

@thiefofthedarkunicornsworld equality? Or is it only okay for just woman to want to be seen as equal?

for some people it may represent inclusivity. I can't speak for how painful it might be for a trans man to continuously have to buy products labeled as feminine. I just don't think it's that deep that women should be this mad over it. It's literally so small😂

I will. Nowhere on the box does it say “you must be a female to use this product” so to be so triggered and offended over it is absurd. There’s SO MUCH inequality they’re still facing but want to focus on a pad?

The deal is I’m proud to have my period it’s what brings my children into this world and just because one single person was not proud to be a woman we gotta change shit up to make that person feel better about her period. SMH get over it yeah it’s just a symbol so why did it need to go...

ehowa

Emily

@imback again, I said transphobic. Never said homophobic. Your religion does not apply to everyone, so I'm not sure why that's even being mentioned. You're free to have your own beliefs but the fact of the matter is, there is a largely misrepresented group of trans youth that deserves representation and acceptance. If this is a way for them to be included and educated, it's a win for everyone.

beetlejuice_beetlejuice_beetlejuice

What's It To You?

@imback how is it confusing and misleading? Trans males can get a period if they have not started testosterone or completed gender reassignment surgery. They advertise males with periods to bring light to the fact that trans males can and do receive a menstrual cycle. Why shouldn't they be included? Just because they're male? People bitch about inequality but when a company tries to include those consumers they've left out everyone is in an uproar for what? Oh no there's a commercial about a male having a period, the horror. Is it going to end the world? No. Is it going to make those trans males feel more accepted and comfortable? Most likely. What's so wrong with that?

And your commesnt about "not proud to be a woman" and "female and male gender being erased little by little" is transphobic af. First, Would you describe an individual who likes the same sex as "not being proud to fuck the opposite sex" "Not being proud to be with a man/woman" "not being proud of xyz"? Secondly, transgender individuals aren't erasing anything. Being transgender IS normal. Being male is normal. Being female is normal. Being gay/bi/straight is normal. Almost everything IS normal. Who are you to say it's not? What are you basing the bullshit on? Your religion? Just because your religion says one thing doesn't make it a fact.

Trans people didn’t really give a fuck. Given the option they chose different brands due to the packaging. Hence why a business decision was made. No one really gives a fuck. It ends up in the trash. When food packaging changes, do we throw a fit? What about laundry detergent? Nah? Then why be in an uproar about a pad or tampon wrapper? Why give a fuck if it changed? The fact that women care that it changed, simply because they did so to be more inclusive is the issue. The fact that if they changed it for something other than the trans community no one would’ve said a thing, is what makes it transphobic. Don’t be a piece of trash, caring about the appearance of a piece of trash. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I never noticed the signs and I'm sure a shit ton of people never did either. They're all up in arms though because companies are doing what they can to help people who don't fit in their little box feel better.

Well i really dont care about the symbol but men already got everything in the world... They can do whatever they want with there bodies but they will never be able to handle the things we handle so good. At the end of the day God knows who we truly are.

Yo mama

I don’t buy tampons and pads based off their packaging. They could have dicks on them for all I care. I buy always because they make good products. You don’t have to be offended by everything. That goes for both sides who agree and disagree.

I literally don't see why this is such a big deal. I didn't even know Always had a female symbol on it. 😂 Because that's the last thing I'm going to be preoccupied with while I'm having a period.

Also. There are much bigger things people should care about than this that are currently going on in the world.

I do not feel any less of a women, nor am I offended or upset that this symbol was removed. Who really cares? Because I'm pretty sure NO ONE cared it was there before it was taken off anyways.

And who even said someone who identifies as trans complained in the first place? Maybe Always is just taking it upon themselves to change their design so that they are more including of people.
