Talk to your doctor and see what’s right for you. Sounds cliche but they’ll know if workout, a certain diet, lifestyle change or medication would be best. Are you going to church? A therapist could help, oh and help from loved ones to watch your kids so you can either sleep or have time to yourself to go out.
I have a bible study group that I usually go to every week but I stopped going for now because It took literally everything i had to make it there mentally
I agree with @scruffy.nerf.herder, I’m on Zoloft and it’s slowly starting to help me. This is all so new because I never experienced it with my daughter.
Hey hun, I’m glad to hear it’s helping you feel better! 💜💜
PPD can feel so isolating and lonely, like no one understands, so I always try to connect with ladies on here that share their own struggles. Everyone needs support in this! It was a long time ago for me, but I still remember clearly how I felt, and if I can help share the load for other mommas, I certainly will 💕
That's what I'm thinking, I didnt have it like this with my first at all and I've been suffering for 6 months and just realized it like a month ago finally
@savvysmom, I agree. Medication is the only thing that helped me feel better, and it was a night & day difference. My doc put me on Zoloft (Sertraline) at a low dose.
Good luck sweetie, and feel free to connect with me or any of these wonderful ladies if you have questions or need to vent. 💜
