With Aarem, I didn’t really know what life was going to be as a mom, I just knew that I was going to do it and I knew I loved Aarem nearly right away. I loved his kicks and I cried when he was born. My biggest regret is hoping he would grow up fast.
With Oliver, I didn’t get to enjoy him as a baby. I was constantly worried. I kept him indoors and away from people. It meant I got to enjoy time with him though, and I loved watching him grow because it was more special since he started off at 2 pounds. Watching him get to be so smart has been really cool!
With Elliott, his delivery was what I needed to feel complete. I look at this boy and feel so thankful and happy. He’s growing so well (did I post here that he hit 7 pounds as of yesterday? Can’t remember), and even though he keeps me up with his grunts, I absolutely adore him.
Each pregnancy was different. Each delivery was different. The emotions I felt after each one was so different. All I know is I love my boys and right now I’m really enjoying Elliott‘s baby time.
