It’s all personal choice. I breast fed my first till 13 months. At that point he was only nursing to go to sleep and I got a night job. My second wouldn’t touch food till after he was 2 and I nursed him till 3 months before his third birthday. My third was nursing when I had to start a medication and had to cut her off 2 weeks before her third birthday.
No telling how long this one will want to nurse for.....?
Whenever you want! You can breastfeed up to 7 years old. But I personally don’t wanna go past 2 years old and stopped when my son was 18 months. The American Pediatric Association recommends breastfeeding up until age 2.
Yes I think that's what I'll do I'll wait until she turns two I'm sorry but power to those moms who breastfeed until there kid is 3 ,4, and 5 i feel like that's a little old for a child to be breastfeed but put it like this when they can talk it's time to stop being breastfeed but to each it's own 🤷🏾♀️
@athenia823, Right whatever they’re comfortable with. I don’t want to go past age 2 personally, because I want my body back 😅. And my son had this habit of running away after a few drops and running back all mad when I’d put my boob away. Like I’m sorry but I’m not gonna keep waiting for you to run here and back anytime you want milk. If you leave, you’re done. 🤷🏻♀️
