That's the only way i can fully empty mine. I pump, then hand express afterwards or else there's still full ducts near my armpits and they hurt so bad

Just wondering because I just hand expressed both breast before I pumped and then one of my breast was leaking and that has never happened

My pump goes full force and emptied me alll the time ,,
