I just found out that brown rice has arseni. I been eating brown rice. Should I be concerned? Im freaking out

Easy healthy toddler lunch. Brown rice, black beans, and ground turkey! You can make a good amount and dish it out. It keeps for 4 days in the fridge

Don’t google food that have arsenic because there is a lot more. As for rice, you could soak it before cooking. It’s unlikely your consuming enough to be poisoned.
