So my whole life my resting heart rate has always been at least 100 well ever since I had santino it’s been 55 and 65 and I can tell because it feels super slow

100 seems so high. Either that or mine is just really low for rest bpm at usually 70. 🤷🏻♀️

Mines usually high too. Like in the 90s lol it's normal for some people
