Looking for recommendations ‼️‼️
So my daughter LOVES her cooking toys, what do you all recommend to get her to go with them? Right now all she has is some of the foods that you cut apart with the fake knife. What kitchen and other accessories. Looking to get her some stuff to go with what she has for Christmas. 🥰
Layla had this one, she and every kid that ever came over LOVED it! She’s been asking for another kitchen. We had to leave it when we moved here due to no room, but her bday and Xmas are coming up so I’m thinking I might get her another one.
When I was little, my mom brought me to a cooking store in the area and let me pick out some cheap utensils like whisks, spoons, measuring cups, etc. A cheap idea would be Dollar tree (?) And let her pick out a few things. I always remembered that trip even as an adult
@thawkins we even would cook with them sometimes. Like a little cake or something and she'd let me measure and pour and whisk. It led to a lifelong love of cooking

My daughter has a kitchen and also a play sink that she loves. My sister got her play doh food set that she LOVED because she could actually "cook" the food
My son has a Fisher price play keurig and he loves it as well as a sink, kitchen, cart, grill and griddle.
@thawkins the Keurig is the cutest thing ever, he makes us "coffee" every day and the griddle is cute it makes sizzling noise for the bacon lol.
My son doesnt have that sink, I wanted that sink but it was always sold out. Does your daughter have that one? Does it really use real water like it shows?
Yes she has that exact one! And you put water in it and it will come out just like a real sink and it comes with what you see pictured as well.
@thawkins oh ok, that makes sense I feel dumb now. Everytime I've seen that sick I've wondered how it worked lol I'll have to get him that it will be more fun then just his regular sink. He loves all the interactive stuff with noises i gotta figure out something for Christmas to use his imagination. Theres so much on Walmart online I guess I'll be starting there
@thawkins, gotcha. Maybe an apron, cooking hat, hot pads/mitts, toy blender, toy condiments, or different types of food that she doesn’t have? Fast food, fruits, bbq, veggies, or sweets like for baking!
I’m thinking about getting my daughter a kitchen and some food items for Christmas but I’m wondering if I should get it when she’s a little older. I was just looking at some things this weekend. I saw a toy pot and pans set which was adorable. Does she have one of those?
We tried this stuff when my daughter was around your daughters age and she didn’t care much for them but now she loves them! She has tiny pots and pans but that’s a good idea I should get her bigger ones!
