I haven’t tried the linguine but I’ve had other forms of chickpea pasta before. It’s doesn’t taste exactly the same as regular pasta, but it serves it’s purpose as an alternative

My family can't tell the difference if it's in a sauce. If they're eating it plain though they don't care for it
