Anybody ever have the issue where their arms hurt SO bad? Like their tendons in the wrist and elbows just throb with shooting pains? I had severe tendinitis when I was 8/9 years old. And haven’t had a problem since. I’m pregnant and these pains just happened out of no where in the middle of the night/early morning this AM. It’s wild. I tried heating pad but it’s limited help. 😫😫😫😫
