That’s normal. And doesn’t effect anything. Sperm gets to where it needs to as soon as he ejaculates anything else that comes out is in a way “trash”

Your cervix can’t can’t take all of the semen. That’s why a lot will come out. When a man ejaculates he releases thousands of sperm.

Do you lay down with your legs up for 10 to 15 minutes? Also, laying on your side also works. If you're ovulating and get ovulation pain, pay attention to which side and lay on that side for 10 minutes or so afterward. It's a pain, but it does work 😉

It’s going to come out regardless. It’s not meant to stay inside of you forever. The sperm swim out and do what they need to do
