I need to train my son he's 3. It seems harder this time. When my 7 yr old was little I got him trained at 1 in a half. But his bro on the other hand is lazy. And 2 boxes of pampers gets expensive each month for 2 kids
My son was 2 when he got potty trained only had one accident. And never wet the bed. Took a week to potty train. But my daughter im having troubles with it. She wont sit on it no matter what. And to be honest i forget how i potty trained him. That was like 10 years ago
18 months during the day and 22 months for no accidents overnight
My oldest was day & night potty trained by 1yr 10mths. Had only ever had one accident in bed & he just turned 5.
We never used pull-ups...bc they’re literally just pull on diapers. I feel like it just confuses kids. We just ran out of diapers & never looked back. Took about a week. Persistence & patience. The first two days we took him to try every 10-15mins & slowly added a longer period of time in between bathroom trips. Worked great.
And now my 1.5yr old is already peeing in the potty on occasion. Bc monkey see monkey do, I guess. Lol
And for night time, we set a middle of the night alarm & would get him up to pee once through the night. He’s done that on his own since about 3.
All 3 of mine were 3 1/2. Son still won’t poop in the potty. 😭😭😭
Both mine were a little over 3 for pee but poop was a little later. Neither of them would poop in the toilet for a long time. I think they were scared of the toilet. My oldest was almost 5 before he pooped on the toilet and my youngest was about 4
I started a week after my kids turned 2 and it took 5 days for my son and a week for my daughter
I tried at 2.5 and didn't work out. she was finally potty trained around 3.5 during the day and around 4 through the night
My oldest was about 3 1/2. My youngest has been using the potty since he was 15 months but hes not consistent. I'm hoping before 3 were fully 100% potty trained.
